Panache' Day Spa works very hard to accommodate our client's schedules and needs. As a courtesy we expect our clients to also be mindful of our time. We expect our clients to arrive on time for their appointments, and if the need arises to cancel, to please cancel with a 24 hour notice.
LATE POLICY
If the client is late, the appointment will start immediately upon arrival. The services will be modified to fit in the time remaining for the service. Depending on our schedule, staff may provide you with the full length of your session. Either way, you will be charged for the full amount of the session.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the client cancels 24 hours ahead of the appointment, there will be no charge. If the client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged 50% of the amount of the session.
If you are late or cancel, more than 2 times, your account will be flagged and a deposit will be requested for future appointments. We expect our clients to arrive on time for their appointments.
